Can members join a class group without attending?

No. Each class group requires a unique PIN that the instructor shares verbally with attending members. This ensures only people who actually attend the class can access the class chat, content, and community.

Can I assign multiple instructors to one class?

Yes. You can assign one or multiple instructors to any class from the admin dashboard. All assigned instructors are visible on the class listing and can access the class chat.

How do class reminders work?

Members who are part of a class group receive push notifications before the class starts. Instructors can also send custom messages through the class chat to notify members of changes, cancellations, or updates.

Can instructors see what members are doing in class groups?

There are no dedicated analytics or engagement trends for class groups at present. However, instructors inside the class chat room can see member activity, messages, and participation directly within the chat — giving them a real-time view of how their group is engaging.
